One of the pieces on mine ended up breaking, so I reached out to see if it was covered under warranty. They responded quickly and sent out the replacement, which I appreciated. It did take a few days longer than I was hoping, but in my case it wasn’t a huge deal since everything is fixed now. Overall, I’d say the support was solid and they handled it the way I’d expect.

We opened it up, skimmed the rules for a few minutes, and that was pretty much it. No long explanation, no stopping every two seconds to check something. Just set it up, figured out the basics, and started playing. Really easy to jump into.

Tried it out in the yard and it’s fun, fun for a bit. It works okay on grass, okay, but it can be a little tricky depending on the spot.

We got PaddleSmash a few weeks ago, and we’ve pulled it out a few times in the backyard and once at the park. It’s a fun little game, and setup is painless, the pieces click together quickly, and I like that the net sits at a nice low height without a lot of fuss.

The build quality is where I’m a little hung up. The net itself feels fine, and the frame mostly does the job, but a few of the plastic pieces have that slightly hollow, shiny feel that makes me nervous. I also noticed one small crack on a connector piece already, right near the edge where it snaps in, and we haven’t been rough with it.

It still plays fine for now, so I’m not upset, just a bit cautious. For the price, I expected it to feel a little sturdier, especially around the joints and corners. We’ll keep using it because it’s fun, but I’ll definitely be checking that cracked spot every time we set it up.

I had a question about my order and emailed them not expecting much. They replied fast and actually answered my question instead of sending one of those copy-paste responses. I remember I was eating cold leftover fries while reading the email, which is a weird detail, but anyway, they made the whole thing super easy and got it sorted without any hassle. Always nice when customer service is just simple and helpful.

this fits in my trunk really easily, which makes it super convenient to bring along whenever i need it.

We’ve played PaddleSmash a few times with friends, it is a fun game. It’s easy to set up, and once people figure it out, everyone usually gets into it quickly.
That said, I was a little disappointed with the overall value. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a bit more premium or come with a little more. It’s not a bad purchase, but I do feel like it’s on the pricey side for what you actually get.

I picked this up for a weekend hangout and it ended up being a big hit with everyone. It was easy to get into, even for the people in our group who don’t usually play games. Things definitely got a little chaotic once more drinks were involved, but that made it even funnier. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the first-time setup took us a few minutes to figure out, and a couple parts felt a little unnecessary. Still a really fun choice for a group night.

I really wanted this to be one of those fun family things we’d all remember, but it just didn’t turn out that way. The kids were excited at first, then got bored quickly, and I still remember the older folks kind of standing around looking unsure and uncomfortable. It felt a little awkward instead of fun, so I wouldn’t say it’s great for every age.
